You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, re-sell, display, post or transmit any part of this Site without the permission of Standard Soap. You may view or print individual pages only for your own personal use.
Standard Soap may suspend, alter, restrict or terminate at any time access to or use of this Site.
4. Limitation of liability
This Site should only be used for information purposes. Standard Soap shall not be liable for any damage or loss that may occur in the use of any of the information contained or advice given in this site except as stated in the terms and conditions of sale (where applicable)and to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded by law. Standard Soap is not responsible for the Site's accuracy or its fitness for a particular purpose or the reliability of the access to this Site.
Standard Soap Company Ltd is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of or inability to use this Site. Standard Soap does not guarantee that this Site will operate free of error or that it is free from computer viruses or any other contaminating computer program.
We will not be liable to you or in breach of the contract for delay or failure to perform due to any causes beyond the reasonable control of Standard Soap Company Ltd or its suppliers, including, but not limited to, acts of god, civil commotion, industrial dispute, riots, flood, and legislation.

This Site also contains links to other sites which are not under the control of and are not maintained by Standard Soap. These links are provided for your convenience only and Standard Soap is not responsible for the content or availability of those sites.
6. Data protection and privacy
Any details which you provide to us from which we can identify you are held and processed in the strictest confidence. These details will not be passed onto third parties.
7. Pricing
All prices quoted are in British pounds (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT). If the price goes up or down in between you placing and receiving your order, we will honour the original price.
8. Ordering and stock availability
We aim to display only items that are in stock and which can be dispatched to you quickly. We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days of receipt. If for any reason we are out of stock we will contact you to advise of availablilty.

9. Delivery

We aim to deliver all goods within 5 days (unless as highlighted as longer on specific products).
We guarantee to deliver all orders within 10 days of order. If we are unable to deliver within 10 days we will only proceed with an order with your agreement.
Our delivery charge is stated as a separate line on your order. This is calculated based on the quantity of units ordered.

10. Delivery address
This is also referred to as the Shipping address. We are happy to deliver to any Mainland UK address. We are also able to deliver to the Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland - please call 01530 410000 to check, and we will arrange carriage on request (an additional surcharge may apply).
To ensure that our couriers can deliver, the delivery address should be a full address including postcode, and a valid house number must be given.
When you place an order you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This e-mail does not constitute acceptance amounting to a contract; acceptance takes place when the product is despatched, until which time silvatec.org are entitled to withdraw the offer.
Silvatec.com will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery and will not be liable for any loss or damage to goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.
11. Warranties
We aim to deliver goods of the highest quality. Where the Goods are products we warrant that they will meet their specification.

12. Refunds and Returns

Due to the nature of the product/s displayed on this site they are non-returnable unless received damaged. Transit damages must be notified within 48 hours of delivery.
13. Changes to the terms
Standard Soap reserves the right to remove, modify or change, without notice, any information on this Site from time to time. Standard Soap may change these terms at any time by posting notice of the changes on the Site. If you use the Site after Standard Soap has posted the changes you will be bound by the new terms. You should therefore ensure that you read the terms each time you use the Site.
14. General
E-mails to you will be sent to the address you specify to us. You must only provide us with a valid e-mail address and it is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to that address.
To the extent that any provision of these terms is found by any court or authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed not to be a part of these terms and will not affect the enforceability of the remainder of these terms, nor will it affect the validity, lawfulness or enforceability of that provision in any other jurisdiction.
The headings in these terms are for convenience only and do not affect their interpretation.
These terms supercede any representation made by us or any of our employees or agents.
15. Statutory rights
The consumer's contract with Standard Soap Company Ltd does not effect the consumer's statutory rights.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and your use of this Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes will be decided only by the Courts of England.
